When Receiving emails, I am stuck on email number 5.
This issues usually arises because one of the emails that has been sent to you contains a virus or a potentially damaging attachment.
The resolve this issue.
1. Please close you email program.
2. Simply login into your webmail account (http://webmail.yourdomain.com)
3. In the username field enter your email address.
4. In the password field enter your password.
5. Once logged in, Click on the mail button on the left hand side of the screen.
6. Then click on "inbox"
7. Select the checkbox next to the email that looks suspicious and click the delete button towards the top of the screen.
8. Now re-enter enter your email program and click on "send and receive".
